Make an appointment

Our team, like you, are internationals who also had questions. Now they are here to answer your questions regarding: healthcare, housing, finding work, schooling, learning Dutch & more.

You can just come without an appointment to the Helpdesk in the Utrecht International Center on Mondays and Tuesdays from 09:00 to 16:30, Thursdays from 13:00 to 16:30 or Fridays from 09:00 to 13:00

If you would prefer to make a Zoom appointment, we are available on Wednesday mornings from 09:00 to 12:00. Please use our booking form below to make a Zoom appointment.


Please note ACCESS cannot help with official governmental and municipal services such as:
  • residence and work permit applications
  • registration with the relevant municipality
  • arrangement and registration of citizen service numbers (BSN)
